Oi, we had a lovely stay! The breakfast was a proper treat with freshly made omelettes and a grand view of the Douro. Rooms were clean and cosy, but the shower could do with a bit more privacy, innit? All in all, a right gem!

The river view was lekker but high up, so not really a sit-and-stare kind of vibe. Chommies at reception are super friendly and the artwork in the rooms is cool, felt like an art gallery.

Shower design is a bit off, water tends to go everywhere, ag man!

I had a wonderful stay with beautiful views of the Douro River from my room, making for a serene environment. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a live cooking station that served fresh omelettes and a fantastic selection of pastries. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to local dining options and the clean, artistic decor throughout the hotel. On a minor note, access to an iron in the room would have been a nice addition.
